Cardio Challenge

A Cardio Challenge that will get your heart pumping, body sweating, and your lungs working. The challenge begins with 3 days of fast-paced cardio classes. Then enjoy a recovery day by sinking into a yin yoga class. And finish the week with 3 more days of intense cardio exercise. Each cardio class is unique from the teacher to the style, and all will have your heart pumping by the end. Your teachers include Jeff Beaudoin, Rudy Mettia, Travis Eliot, and more.
