King Dancer is a surprisingly difficult but fun pose to master. This yoga pose requires good balance, hip flexibility, core strength and open shoulders. A good way to practice King Dancer pose is to use a strap, however, a strap is optional. King Dancer improves balance, focus, and opens up your shoulders (and heart!)
