This class is primarily focused on your twists and standing neutral poses, but what you’ll come to realize very quickly is that twisting properly also requires strong abdominal muscles. Vytas will start you off with a few abdominal exercises to warm up the body and bring attention to the components of your body that we will be working on. Take it slow as you twist and keep in mind your boundaries to avoid straining the back and neck.
