The Tested Warrior is a 60 minute vinyasa flow class that is designed to help you identify and explore the “edges” of your practice. Rudy will test your physical, emotional, and mental boundaries through longer holds, longer sequencing, and more complex postures. This is a class that you should prepare yourself for. Before beginning take a moment and to focus your body and mind on the test ahead. When you reach your edge remember to explore it cautiously and mindfully, and to not push beyond your limits.
