In this Pre-Game practice, set the intention of extension and place yourself in the trinity of your Mind, Body and Spirit. Create the space of being all you can be in preparation for your Game while building on mobility, balance and power. Your extension is key here as we cleanse out timidness and replace it with boldness. Eliminate any tendency to ‘play small’, exercise your brightness and follow through with assertion for what you want to create and accomplish. Are you ready?!?
