Building on no hesitation and no doubt, you start in savasana and are awakened into action, leaving the previous journey as you find soft flesh, and heavy bones. Set the breath flow at a 4 count, in and out, to fade away from past holdups and future worries. It is all about the present moment. During these moments set the intention of observance and acceptance as it pertains to what happens with you in your Game as you explore your boundaries. Your intention here is to be mindful, skillful and to be prepared so that you can enter your Game with courage and esteem. Acceptance the outcome, whatever it is, because you’ve done all you could do in those moments of the game. The ability to recognize these moments, as they come and go, makes you responsible and elongates your attention span. Are you ready?!?
