Stand in your power! Stand in your truth! Get grounded. Feel strong and ready for whatever the world throws your way. The strength cultivated on your mat spreads throughout your life. This 30-minute class starts with a slow, solid Warrior series warm-up followed by three poses: lizard, camel and finally headstand. If you’ve never tried headstand before, this is your time. Koya guides you through level I, II & III of this pose. Learn how to move into and grow into your headstand practice.
