Take your time as you move through these poses holding the affirmation ‘I am Pure, I am Present.’ Koya offers plenty of modifications and guidance into next level options. This practice is not about how much you can do but about really breathing into your muscles as you are twisting. Make sure to breath and lengthen in each pose.
