12-class Prana Vinyasa® Yoga Program
A level 2 yoga program, designed by Jason Anderson, to get you into your Zone. You are an athlete whether on the playing field, the boardroom, or your household. Find your Zone and flourish in this area of intense awareness. This is where you produce the best results.
- Pre-Game: 4 Warm-up classes (60 min.) that prepare you for the ‘Game’ you are ‘playing’.
- The Game: 4 Intense Prana Vinyasa® Yoga classes (60 min.) with the focus on being in The Zone.
- Post-Game: 4 Gentle, Restorative & Yin classes (60 min.) to complete The Journey.
