    Meditation for Relaxation

    Relaxation is something we all crave. Sometimes you need it at the start of your day, sometimes after a long, trying day. Whenever you need to relax tune into this meditation and feel the benefits. Tension often is carried in the neck and shoulders so this class starts with relaxing and warming up this part of the body and moves to the floor as you experience a deep sense of relaxation that will carry into the rest of your day.
